Stephanie Kelly Joins Hammond Residential Weston Office

WESTON, Mass. (December 9, 2014) - Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Weston office, recently announced that Stephanie Kelly has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Kelly looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Weston office located at 506 Boston Post Road.

The child of a U.S. Armed Services member, Kelly spent her early years in numerous states across the country, including Hawaii, Washington, Colorado and North Carolina. After moving back to her parents’ native Rhode Island, Kelly graduated from Lincoln School in Providence, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Prior to moving to Weston in 1994, Kelly resided in Watertown, as well as Boston’s Beacon Hill neighborhood. As a longtime Weston resident, Kelly has volunteered for the town in several capacities. She was an elected member of the Weston Planning Board and she has served as President of the Weston Garden Club. In her spare time, Kelly can be found reading, doing needlepoint, knitting, and enjoying time with her family.

Prior to joining Hammond, Kelly spent many years practicing law in Massachusetts, where she worked at private firms as a commercial litigator, addressing complex real estate financing issues. She later worked for the State of Massachusetts, where she helped to prosecute financial crimes. As a Hammond agent, Kelly looks forward to drawing upon her previous experience to guide her clients through all aspects of a real estate transaction. She is adept at issue spotting, negotiating, project management and communication. Additionally, due to her volunteer work with the Weston Planning Board, Kelly is familiar with the unique issues pertaining to Weston’s land use policies. She is a proud Metrowest resident and is eager to share her abundance of market knowledge with individuals as they undergo the purchase or sale of a home in the area.
