Violin Concert: Akiko Kobayashi

On Sunday, April 6th at 3:00 p.m.,
violinist Akiko Kobayashi will return to the Community Room of the library to
give an hour long concert of music by Beethoven, Mozart, and Prokofiev.
Ms. Kobayashi has distinguished credentials and is an accomplished performer,
whose experience has taken her to many festivals and countries around the
world.  She holds a B.A. from Yale University where she double majored in
music and biology, and a Master of Music in Classical Violin from the Manhattan
School of Music.  She has been praised for her technical facility and the
warmth of her sound.  The Music Committee of the Friends of the Weston
Library is delighted to welcome her back for another concert.  She last
appeared here in April of 2012.  The concert is free and open to the
public.  The Community Room is handicapped accessible.
