Want to Serve on a Weston Town Committee?

Volunteers are, and always have been, an integral part of Weston Town Government, reminds residents in an announcement on the town’s site.

“It is volunteers, elected or appointed, who make policy, serve on committees, give of their time and talents, and who help make this the special place that Weston is to all of us. Do you have a special interest in a particular area? Do you have a special talent that you would be willing to share? Would you just like to become involved? We encourage you to contact us and make your interest known.”

Weston currently has the following committees and boards in need of members:

Memorial Day Committee - respond to Moderator@westonmass.org by April 15

Finance Committee - respond to the Committee Chair John McDonald by April 15

Board of the Council on Aging - respond by May 1

MetroWest Regional Transportation Authority - Disabled Commuter Community Representative

Weston Emergency Reserve Corp - respond to Public Health Director Wendy Diotalevi
