Weston Police Log, March 2-8: Indecent Exposure Arrest

A Stoughton man was arrested at 37 School St. on Thursday, March 8, at 5:58 a.m., police said. Billy Tata, 24, of 412 Pleasant St., was charged with indecent exposure. Police said Tata rang a doorbell and asked the resident about an address that doesn't exist. The resident called the police, and when an officer arrived, police say Tata was seen urinating in the driveway, resulting in his arrest.

A Waltham man was arrested on White House Lane on Friday, March 2 at 10:09 p.m. David Milligan, 43, of 174 Moody St., was charged with OUI liquor, police said.

11:46 a.m. – An attempted burglary was reported at 3 Plain Road.

2:22 p.m. – A disturbance was reported on 391 Boston Post Road.

2:56 p.m. – A dog complaint was received from 30 Warren Ave.

3:07 p.m. – A dog complaint was received from 15 High Meadow Road.

4:23 p.m. – A dog complaint was received from 20 Old Coach Road.

6:19 a.m. – A gas odor was reported at Westgate Church at 100 Winter St.

2:11 p.m. – An accident with injuries was reported on Wellesley Street at Maple Road.

6:16 p.m. – A past breaking and entering was reported at an apartment on South Avenue.

 

Sunday, March 4

8:07 a.m. – A suspicious car was reported at 231 Westerly Road.

10:43 a.m. – A complaint was received from 293 North Ave.

3:22 p.m. – An animal complaint was received from Old North Avenue.

 

Saturday, March 3

9:54 a.m. – A suspicious car was reported on 167 Beaver Road.

2:43 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Cutters Bluff at South Avenue.

3:43 p.m. – A fire was reported at 5 Irving Road. No action required.

6:30 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Loring Road.

11:05 p.m. – A car hit a deer at 440 North Ave.

 

Friday, March 2

8:57 a.m. – A dog complaint was received from 127 Sudbury Road.

9:50 a.m. – Neighbor complaints were received from 102 Ash St.

7:15 p.m. – A car accident with injuries was reported near 133 Boston Post Road.

10:09 p.m. – A Waltham man was arrested (see above).

11:36 p.m. – A disturbance was reported at 60 Cherry Brook Road.
