Weston Police Logs: Jan. 3-5

Tuesday, Jan. 3

1:52 p.m., Weston High School, 444 Wellesley St., notification of trespass order. Police said a contruction worker who was fired returned to the scene and was given a trespass order.

Wednesday, Jan. 4

8:26 a.m., 30 Lantern Rd., identity theft. A resident received a text message from AT&T indicating another line had been ordered falsely.

10:42 a.m., 156 Cherry Brook Rd., dog complaint. A resident reported a loose dog.

1:09 p.m., Bogle St./Winter St., motor vehicle accident with injury. Following , police said the driver, an elderly man from Wellesley, was in stable condition at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

5:18 p.m., 77 Love Ln., fire. A resident reported smoke in the basement; there was a problem with the boiler.

Thursday, Jan. 5

6 a.m., Wellesley St./Rockport Rd., motor vehicle stop. Police issued a citation.

6:53 a.m., 24 Deer Path, medical emergency, hospital transport.
