Weston Public Schools Announce Symptom Screening Soft Launch On October 15
'During this phase we want everyone to submit daily screenings but we will not be mandating the screening for in-school students.'
October 14, 2020
"Starting on Thursday the 15th, we will begin to push out SMS and Email requests each morning at 6:30 am (with a reminder at 7:30 am) to submit a symptom screening. This is a soft launch, meaning we will be refining our internal processes, ensuring everyone is getting the screening, and developing familiarity with the daily task. During this phase we want everyone to submit daily screenings but we will not be mandating the screening for in-school students.

Tips:
- To ensure the symptom screening text messages are recognized, consider adding a contact file to your mobile phone with the title of “Weston Symptom Screening” and the phone number of 36598. Your mobile phone will now associate the test message service with that contact file name.
- If one parent/guardian would like to opt-out from receiving daily text messages, text “STOP” to 36598.
- To restart (opt-in) text “START” to 36598
If you are having trouble, please submit a trouble ticket for the Symptom Screening platform.
Thank you, this will help us get ready for the next step–the full implementation of mandated symptom screening. We will send a message when this begins."
