Weston Teen Cited in Needham for Underage Drinking
A Weston 18-year-old was part of a group of teens that police say threw bottles out of a moving car.

On Mar. 22 at 9:45 p.m., Needham Police received a call from a pedestrian reporting that a white pickup truck had driven past while throwing a beer bottle at him. The reporting party stated that the truck appeared to be holding four teenage boys.
Police located the truck on Greendale Ave. and questioned the occupants. All three denied any knowledge of a pedestrian being stuck by a bottle, but did admit that they threw a chicken nugget out the window at someone.
While talking with the teens, officers located a full, unopened bottle of vodka in the truck. All three teens, an 18-year-old Weston male, a 17-year-old Needham male and an 18-year-old W. Roxbury male, were notified that they would be charged with being in possession of alcohol as minors. The parents of the teens were later contacted regarding the incident.
