The 53rd commencement took place at Holy Name Church on Thursday afternoon, May 23. At 4 p.m., the graduates clad in red cap and gowns filed into the church and took their seats in a reserved front section. Mr. Richard F. Chisholm, principal, welcomed all and served as master of ceremonies. The salutatory address was presented by Cody Karjadi and the valedictory by John R. Allaire. Diplomas were presented to 123 graduates.
