Chef Phil Cotoni of the Corrib Pub & Restaurant in West Roxbury visits the kitchen for The Chefs' Table Series TV show and demonstrates how to make the traditional Irish dinner: Corned Beef & Cabbage! Chef Phil gives co-host Joe Murphy some great tips on how best to prepare and cook this popular Irish meal.
