Get the Facts on Question 3

Medical Marijuana saves lives and Question 3 is about providing chronically ill patients with safe access to it. On November 6 voters in Massachusetts will have the opportunity to vote on Question 3, what we believe to be the safest medical marijuana law in the country.

Thousands of patients across Massachusetts suffer from paralysis, cancer, multiple sclerosis and other serious diseases whose doctors agree that medical marijuana is a superior treatment option for symptoms such as nausea, muscle spasticity, or debilitating pain - either because patients do not respond to conventional prescription medications, or find the side effects of those drugs to be intolerable. 

It is time we offer patients suffering from debilitating diseases the same treatment available in 17 ther states, including the neighboring states of Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Maine.
