CAFE ARTSCIENCE PRESENTS TWO NIGHTS OF LA DOLCE VIDA
Pastry Chef Renae Connolly Embraces The Sweet Life with Dessert Prix Fixe

WHO:
After sold-out events in August and January, Café ArtScience Pastry Chef, Renae Connolly brings back La Dolce Vida, a decadent multi-course dessert tasting held in Café ArtScience’s private event space for two consecutive nights on Monday April 11th and Tuesday, April 12th. In the fourth installment of her signature sweet event, Connolly will provide guests with an indulgent taste of her dessert program in partnership with the restaurant’s beverage team.

WHAT:
Guests are invited to enjoy five sweet courses in celebration of La Dolce Vida, translated to “the sweet life” in French, Italian and Spanish. Each of Chef Connolly’s tasting-portion dishes at La Dolce Vida will be inspired by her travels. Unlike previous occurrences, this two-night event falls after Connolly’s return from an exploratory trip through Japan. Three of the evening’s courses will be reflective of the country’s rich culinary scene and beautiful, diverse landscape. Desserts will be served alongside optional cocktail and wine pairings.

A portion of Connolly’s menu will include:
· Orange Blossom Brioche with Housemade Yuzu Marmalade
· The Edge of the Forest with Almond Snow-Frosted Kataifi Dough “Tree," Ginger Elderflower Gelee, and Raspberry Ice Cream Stones
