Centre Street Retail Acquired by Linear Retail

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, announced today that it has acquired 1869-1881 Centre Street in West Roxbury, MA. The purchase price was $2.1 million.

The property is a 7,335 square foot, single-story building originally built in 1920. It is located within the main commercial corridor of West Roxbury. The center is anchored by Atlas True Value Hardware and Rox Diner. Other tenants include Iron Body Studios and Saigon Nails. There is one 700 square foot space available for lease. Linear now owns 22 retail properties throughout the city of Boston including property on Newbury Street, Charles Street, Boylston Street, Salem Street, Washington Street, Columbus Street and Congress Street as well as three properties in East Boston.
