CM Basketball Athlete to Sign with Dartmouth College

A senior at Catholic Memorial has signed on to play basketball at Dartmouth College staring in 2015.

Guilien Smith, a guard from Brighton, committed to the school last week, and reportedly averaged close to 18 points a game while playing with the Catholic Memorial Knights, helping to take the team toward Catholic Conference and Div. 1 South sectional titles, the West Roxbury-based school said in a statement.

Smith had also received and offer to play at Bentley University and received interest from Brown University, Harvard University and Quinnipiac University, according to CM.
