BIRTHING FROM WITHIN™Childbirth Class

New class November 20 and 27, 10am-5pm

Birthing From Within classes are for the pregnant woman and her partner or support person. Whether you plan to birth in the hospital or at home, natural or medicated, all are welcome. Come for a fun learning experience through lively discussions and eye-opening activities. You will not only learn practical and useful information about childbirth, but through creative and experiential exercises learn a lot about yourself.
About me: I have a life long passion for everything around birth, newborns and forming a new family, and explored this in my professional life from multiple angles over the last 20 years. I am a mother of two boys, longterm active member of JP moms and live in Jamaica Plain.
