Faulkner Hospital will be conducting a free cardiovascular disease screening on Thursday, March 8, 3 to 5 p.m. at Faulkner Hospital, Atrium Lobby, 1153 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain.
As part of an initiative to prevent heart disease, this screening will test for risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Stroke awareness education materials will also be provided.
No appointments are necessary but screenings are performed on a first come, first served basis.
