Faulkner Hospital will be conducting a free cardiovascular disease screening on Wednesday, March 14, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Roslindale House, 120 Poplar Street, Roslindale.
As part of an initiative to prevent heart disease, this screening will test for risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Stroke awareness education materials will also be provided.
No appointments are necessary but screenings are performed on a first come, first served basis.
