Saturday, September 17 is Hat Day at the Roslindale Village Main Street Farmers’ Market. This special theme day celebrates what you like about Roslindale–whether it be a place, person, business, or event in the community. Bring your decorated hat to the farmers’ market and sign-up at 10am to meet the judges and participate in Hat Parade which starts at 10:30am. The Roslindale Village Hat Parade will go through Roslindale Village and back to the farmers’ market. Decorate your hat to reflect what you like about Roslindale and win prizes for the best decorated hat. There will be a people’s choice award after the parade where market goers can vote for their favorite hat. Winners will be announced at 11:45am at the farmers market. There will be great prizes in four age categories.
