These courses take place at the NewBridge on the Charles, 5000 Great Meadow Road, Dedham.
Dr. Jennifer Brinckerhoff, Hebrew SeniorLife Geriatrician, will present “Personal Growth Through Transition,” where she will share advice on enlightening and empowering personal growth to help seniors live their years to the fullest.
The second session, “The Retirement Puzzle: Conversations for a Successful Transition,” will be led by Roberta K. Taylor, RNCS, M.Ed. Taylor will teach attendees about the important conversations they need to have with their partner, children, parents and friends to successfully plan for “what’s next.”
