West Roxbury's Saint Theresa School will open its doors to interested families at an open house from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 3 at the school, 40 St. Theresa Avenue, in West Roxbury.
Members of Parents of St. Theresa School (POST) will lead guided tours of the building and will be available to answer questions. Families are encouraged to attend and children are welcome.
St. Theresa School is a Catholic elementary school that offers instruction to children from preschool through eighth grade. The school provides rigorous academics complimented by classes in religion, Spanish, computers, art, music and physical education. The school's facility features a school library, a computer center, a large gym/auditorium, a fully operational cafeteria and a tot lot for young children.

Children are also invited to participate in numerous extracurricular activities including basketball and a drama program. St. Theresa's holds numerous family-oriented school events throughout the year that strengthen the school community and encourage parental involvement.
Founded in 1950, St. Theresa's has served children from West Roxbury and many surrounding communities for 60 years.
