'Top Seven Cooking Gadgets for a Healthy Kitchen' at Faulkner Hospital

Faulkner Hospital invites the public to a free nutrition workshop: “Top Seven Cooking Gadgets for a Healthy Kitchen.”  This will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 7 p.m.,  at Faulkner Hospital, Huvos Auditorium, Third Floor. A food tasting will be held at 6:30 p.m.

Nancy Oliveira, MS, RD, registered dietitian, and Christina Regon, former restaurant co-owner, will present a fun practical talk about the top must-have cooking gadgets for a healthy kitchen, all less than $30 each.

Learn how to use handy kitchen tools to create healthful delicious meals, and walk away with several meal planning tips and easy recipes.
