Fontbonne Academy All Alumnae Reunion Recognizes West Roxbury Alumna Heather Bello
The Women of Courage Awards were given to Heather Bello '01, of West Roxbury, for her pioneering work in the field of health care reform.

Fontbonne Academy hosted its All-Alumnae Reunion on Saturday, May 14 that saw more than 125 alums gathered in the Fontbonne Academy foyer for a cocktail reception to reminisce and reengage with one another.
The catered event drew alums from as far as Seattle and Tennessee, and as near as Milton. Alums took tours of the school to witness the changes in recent years, including the new library where their yearbooks were displayed, and each class posed for a photo. The highlight of the evening was the first annual Women of Courage Awards, given to four alumnae for living out the mission of Fontbonne Academy.
The Women of Courage Awards were given to Heather Bello '01, of West Roxbury, for her pioneering work in the field of health care reform, Alyson Cafferky Genovese ’91 for her work encouraging social and civic responsibility in private, nonprofit and academic organizations, Maureen Conlon ’86, for her work building strong bodies and self esteem with teens and women, and to Marta Fasano Googins ’61 for her continued service to Fontbonne Academy and her community.
