JLL to Manage YMCA Expansion Project in West Roxbury

A group within the financial and professional services firm JLL will provide project management services for the expansion of the YMCA of Greater Boston's facility in West Roxbury, Boston.com reported this week.

JLL's Project and Development Services group will work on the expansion the $15 million project, which involves the updating of the facility and the demolition of 16,000 square feet from the existing building and the construction of a 24,000 square-foot addition, according to the Boston Business Times. 

Officials celebrated the ground breaking on the project earlier this year. 

Construction is expected to begin this year and expected to be completed by the summer of 2015, according to the report.
