Man Attempts To Hide Heroin In Shoes, Fails
Josua Pagan was pulled over for a rejection inspection sticker on his vehicle; now he faces trafficking charges.

WEST ROXBURY, MA - A Stoughton man faces drug trafficking charges after authorities say he attempted to hide 30 grams of heroin in his shoes during a routine traffic stop.
Josua Pagan was arraigned Wednesday in West Roxbury Municipal Court on charges of trafficking heroin and driving without an inspection sticker, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
Pagan, 34, was pulled over by Massachusetts State Police Tuesday for driving with a rejection inspection sticker on his car. According to police, the trooper saw Pagan reach down to his feet while looking at him in the sideview mirror. Concerned he was attempting to hide a weapon, the trooper asked Pagan to exit the car.
