Oni Holley joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Chestnut Hill Office

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (March 29, 2016) - Jim Nemetz, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill and Waban offices, is pleased to announce that Oni Holley has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Holley will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Chestnut Hill office location at 826 Boylston Street.

Having owned numerous properties in a variety of local areas, including in Boston, Cambridge, Arlington, and Newton, Holley understands the full spectrum of real estate needs for the first-time buyer to the seasoned homeowner. She draws upon her vast market knowledge and familiarity of the local school systems, where she spent ten years as an educator, to provide insight to her clients on the merits and differences in school culture, academic experience, and teacher quality throughout the area’s many neighborhoods.

As a Hammond agent, Holley channels her passion for real estate, architecture, and design to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
