Rep. Maxine Waters D-California has called for violence against Trump cabinet members. Her actions will lead to violence against Trump supporters, and those who do not agree with her political agenda.
38,000 people in the City of Boston voted for Trump. Some of these Trump voters may have voted for you as well. These people are your neighbors, first responders, some work at City Hall, and maybe, just maybe, a few are family members.
I think it will help if the City Council show some backbone, and independence by passing a resolution denouncing Maxine Waters. Let's see if you folks are serious about "inclusion and diversity, and love not hate."
