Mock trial was part of St. Theresa School's curriculum being led by Boston College Law School students throughout the school year.
The students of the St. Theresa School held a very atypical mock trial on Friday night. For starters the case being heard by the judge was 'The State of Massachusetts vs. Gold E. Locks. Second - the special guest judge was Suffolk County District Attorney Dan Conley.
The students of grades five through eight have been learning about law from several Boston College Law School students while researching the justice system
