West Roxbury seniors presented flowers to their mothers before the West Roxbury Raiders faced off against Catholic Memorial.
The West Roxbury Raiders concluded their regular season on Friday, Feb. 17 at home against their West Roxbury rival - the heavily-favored Catholic Memorial Knights. The Raiders lost the battle, 78-51.
The Raiders never led and could not catch up with a healthy lead the Knights built up during the game. At half time, CM led 51-26.

West Roxbury had a good season, ending at 9-10 and now await the tournament pairings to be announced at the end of the month. CM stands at 16-3 and has a final game next week against Franklin.
Prior to the game, West Roxbury Head Coach Marty Sommers paid tribute to his five seniors for their committment to the team during the past four years and the athletes presented their moms with a hug and flowers.
