Police Log: Multiple Reports of Larceny in West Roxbury, Roslindale

The following information was provided by the Boston Police Department's West Roxbury Police District E-5 station. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Monday, May 5

At 7:05 a.m., Boston police responded to a motor vehicle accident involving personal injury on Washington Street. 

At 8 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny of between $50-100 on Blue Ledge Drive in Roslindale.

At 10:30 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny of more than $200 in the area of the West Roxbury Parkway. 

At 5:06 p.m., police charged a Roslindale man with possession of a Class B drug with intent to manufacture and distribute.

Tuesday, May 6

At 7 a.m., police responded to a report of larceny from a building of more than $200 on Sycamore Street. 

At 6 p.m., police received a report of larceny of between $50 and $100 on Cummins Highway. 

Wednesday, May 7

At 5:44 a.m., police received a report of larceny of non-accessory less than $50 from a vehicle on Searle Road.

At 7:30 p.m., police arrested Scott Mothersil, homeless, on a warrant.

Thursday, May 8

At 9:54 a.m., police charged a Newton man for possession of a Class C drug on Geneva Avenue. 

At 8:06 p.m., police charged a Roxbury man for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the VFW Parkway. 

Saturday, May 10

At 3:30 p.m., police received a report of larceny of non-accessory items from a vehicle of less than $50 on Running Brook Road. 

At 8 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a residence daytime with no indication of force on Fawndale Road in Roslindale. 

Sunday, May 11

At 4:15 p.m., police responded to Corinth Street on a report of shoplifting of items between $50 and $199. 

Monday, May 12

At 2:10 a.m., police and fire crews responded to a report of a brush fire on Washington Street. 

At 9:10 a.mm., police responded to a report of breaking and entering, daytime forced, into a residence on Kittredge Street in Roslindale. 

At 10 a.m., police received a report of breaking and entering into a residence by force during the daytime on Stellman Road. 

At 7:39 p.m., police charged a Dorchester Man after they recovered a stolen vehicle on Dorchester Avenue in Boston.
