Playing on the hallowed floor of TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, the CM basketball team clashed with Central Catholic in a state semi-final game on Monday evening, March 10 and got beat 79-66. Central Catholic will advance to the final round for the Division 1 state title on Saturday, March 15 at the DCU Center in Worcester. CM captured the Catholic Conference Title on Jan. 31 and the Division 1/South title last Saturday, March 8 at UMass/Boston. The team ends with a spectacular record: 23-2.
