West Roxbury residents started recovering from Hurricane Irene, which blasted the neighborhood with tropical storm winds.  One could see limbs, leaves and branches everywhere on a a ride through residential neighborhoods today. Response teams also directed residents on what they should do next after suffering storm damage, such as call insurance or utility companies.
