West Roxbury Students, Staff of RL Build Habitat for Humanity Home in Roslindale

On December 28, West Roxbury residents Dan Pereira and Patrick Barry, along with six classmates and two faculty members, took part in a Habitat for Humanity build in Roslindale.

They performed a variety of tasks on one of Greater Boston Habitat’s newer projects: a foreclosed home undergoing a complete renovation that will result in a 3-bedroom unit and a 4-bedroom unit. The building is currently in the early stages of renovation, and the work of the RL group focused on improving its structural stability and safety.
