5 Things to Do if You’re Not Celebrating Father’s Day
Not Going out With Dad This Year? Check These Local Options Out!
If you are not celebrating Father’s Day this year, you might be feeling inundated with suggestions of things to do with your father and other articles on Father's Day. However, there are great options in the Westwood area for things to do that don’t involve a dad*.
- Go out by yourself to a nice dinner at Chiara or Del Frisco’s.
- Have a fun night in at home with some takeout from somewhere at University Station, then get a movie from the Redbox at Wegman’s. Alternately, get some takeout from the Toast Office and a DVD from the library and enjoy a nice afternoon.
- Want to be outside? Head down Route One to Foxboro and take a hike on The Nature Trail and Cranberry Bog at Patriot’s Place.
- If you are feeling creative, go to Luke Adams in Norwood and learn to blow glass.
- Take the T into Boston and see Dirty Dancing.
