Temperatures reached into the 70s on Monday, giving a nice preview of what's to come at Buckmaster Pond this summer.
It felt more like mid-June than early April on Monday in Westwood, as a warm breeze flew in with temperatures reaching into the 70s.
Monday morning saw mostly cloudy skies, but the sun's appearance by mid-afternoon brought with it a warm, summer like feel. And what only two months ago was a veritable sheet of ice covering Buckmaster Pond has given way to a surface of calm, rippling waters.
