• Westwood Owner of Stoughton and West Roxbury Restaurants to Plead Guilty to Federal Employment Tax Charges (town.news) — A Westwood resident who owns restaurants in Stoughton and West Roxbury has agreed to plead guilty to federal charges that he failed to withhold and pay required employment taxes. Prosecutors allege more than $580,000 in unpaid federal and state taxes, and note that the charges could carry prison time, supervised release, substantial fines, and restitution.
