Firefly Yoga is beautifully finished state of the art studio offering classes in both low and high ‘hot’ yoga environments that serve all levels of experience and allows us to cater to any type of yoga practitioners. Firefly Yoga will also expand its class offerings in the coming weeks to include Pilates and “Rip 60” Suspension Training.

Our yoga foundation is rooted primarily in the style of Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is defined as "breath-synchronized movement," and a Vinyasa styled class is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. The style itself covers a broad range of yoga classes allowing us to provide a wide array of classes based off our foundation.
Our goal is to offer a safe and nurturing learning environment that creates the fertile soil for emotional, physical and spiritual growth.
We are excited to be a part of the wonderful Westwood community and look forward to providing an authentic, comfortable Yoga experience.
