Somerville fifth-graders promised to ride safely and always wear their bicycle helmets last week as they received brand-new bicycle helmets from the Boston law firm of Breakstone, White & Gluck and its Project KidSafe campaign.

Attorney Marc Breakstone visited the Dr. Albert F. Argenziano School and led the kids in a "I WILL RIDE SAFE" pledge. See the pledge at: https://youtu.be/aaXCJ6Q64bw.

He then helped Kris Savage of the Argenziano School and Somerville Police Officer Marianne Manfra hand out helmets.

Students received new helmets for completing the CYCLE Kids curriculum, which teaches bicycle riding and safety. This is the third year Breakstone, White & Gluck, a Boston personal injury law firm, has donated helmets to Somerville students. The firm is committed to helping children ride bicycles safely. As part of its Project KidSafe campaign, the firm has donated over 10,000 children's bicycle helmets across Massachusetts since 2013.

The firm also donated 120 new bicycle helmets to the Kiwanis Club of Somerville in early June, for the club's Bike Safety Day. This is the fourth year Breakstone, White & Gluck has teamed up with the Kiwanis Club to help protect children.
