Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood to host "Dementia 101: Understanding the Disease"
"Dementia 101: Understanding the Disease" will be Monday, Jan. 5 at 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. at the Welcome Center.
Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood will host a Memory Care Education Series in 2015. The first event, “Dementia 101: Understanding the Disease” will be Monday, Jan. 5 at 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. at the Welcome Center located at 252 Providence Highway (in Lambert’s Rainbow Square).
Attendees will discover ways to cope with the challenges of caregiving and support a high quality of life for their loved ones and themselves. All presentations will be presented by Bridges® by EPOCH Memory Care Specialist, Alicia Seaver, a certified Memory Impairment Specialist by the National Institute on Aging.
