The "Art of Clay Mosaics," offered in partnership with Boston-based Art & Soul Clinic, is the next program in the Zullo Culture Club series made possible by Medfield Foundation Inc. (MFi) Legacy Fund.
The clay mosaics class checks off multiple boxes: a creative outlet, an opportunity for socializing, and a time for reflection, healing or expressions of happiness. The class will be led by Art & Soul Clinic founder Brenda Echeverry, who works to create a nurturing environment where attendees can reconnect with their creative spirit and learn how to tap into the arts for transformation and healing. Participants will design a personal clay mosaic and embed it with personal trinkets or instructor-supplied items.
Community collaborator for the class is Medfield Outreach, whose mission is to provide access to high-quality behavioral health and social services for Medfield residents to optimize wellness in our community. Resources for improving mental health and wellness will be on hand for attendees.
The suggested cost for the clay mosaics class is $55 per person, which covers the instructor fee and materials. However, thanks to the MFi Legacy Fund grant, two pricing options are available to ensure the event is affordable for all. Attendees can choose between a suggested donation at a lower amount, or the standard per-ticket price.
Advanced ticketing for the clay mosaics class is required at zullogallery.org, and space is limited to a small group to ensure a personalized experience. Attendees are welcome to bring their beverage of choice.
