Century Health Systems Collaborates with Hopkinton Health Center to Facilitate Monthly Diabetes Support Group

Century Health Systems, parent company of The Natick Visiting Nurse Association and Distinguished Care Options, recently collaborated with Hopkinton Health Center to run a diabetes support group.

The Diabetes Support Group will be held on the first Wednesday of the month at 11am and will be facilitated by Shana Hermans, Population Health Specialist with Century Health Systems.

Hermans holds a degree in Community Health Education and is a Type 1 diabetic. She is highly qualified to educate about and raise awareness of the issues facing those with diabetes as well as provide answers to attendee questions based on personal experience.
