Those interesting in fly-fishing are invited to visit the Needham Sportsman Club to learn more about the sport. Founded in 1927, the Sportsman Club is one of the oldest fly-fishing clubs in the country, and it has a pond stocked with trout.
The club meets at 7 p.m., the third Thursday of every month. All are welcome. Members welcome people just learning fly-fishing and offer lessons for free.
