Brendan Patterson and Danny McKeeny of Thurston Middle School eighth grade football program in Westwood are competing in an All-Star game this Saturday at noon for all Massachusetts seventh and eighth-grade football players.
The winners go on to play in the New England championship with a shot at going to the National tournament in Texas.
