Nutrition Workshop for College Freshmen

Establishing good nutrition habits at the start of college provides a foundation for life. 

In this workshop we will cover basic nutrition principles, meal choices and foods to have on hand in a student's room. 

Participants receive handouts with guidelines for dining hall choices and nutritious snack choices with attention to balancing important nutrients.
