Westwood Farmer's Market Closes For 2019 Season
The market announced on its Facebook page today that today's market would be the last of the year.
Westwood Farmer's Market announced on its Facebook page that today (July 30) would be its final Farmer's Market of the year. The announcement cited the fact that the Market's only consistent vendor was Newtonville's Great Harvest Bread Co. Previous years' farms did not have the staff to come to the Farmer's Market, and the two farms which tried this year had too low a sales volume to return.
Other local farmer's markets include:
- Needham: Sundays 12pm-4pm
- Norwood: Tuesdays 2pm-6pm
- Dedham: Wednesdays 2pm-6pm
- Walpole: Fridays 1:30pm-6pm
- Roslindale: Saturdays 9:00am to 1:30 pm
