1. 100 High Street - EIDR Public Hearing - Applicant proposes to construct new parking area in rear of property containing 37 parking spaces with connection from the existing parking lot behind the existing commercial building.

2. 213 Fox Hill Street Public Hearing - T-Mobile proposes to replace 6 antennas, add 3 new antennas, remove 6 remote radio heads, and remove 3 hybrid cables to upgrade existing telecommunications equipment located on the water tank.

3. 294 & 298 Summer Street EMM EIDR* Public Hearing. Applicant proposes to import more than 200 cubic yards of earth material to construct two new single family homes on the vacant lots at 290, 294, & 298 Summer St.

4. 66 Skyline Drive-EMM EIDR Public Hearing. Applicant proposes to import more than 200 cubic yards of earth material to construct tennis court in back yard.
