1) 911-929 High St.- EIDR*-Public Hearing, continued from September 21st meeting. Applicant proposes a small coffee shop/juice bar in former pet care facility space at the plaza. Work includes interior renovations and minor tenant façade changes. The hearing was continued to further review the required number of parking spaces of the full plaza and consider parking lot improvements.

2) 200 University Avenue- EIDR Public Hearing- Project proposes building renovations and site work including a new subsurface storm water treatment system under the parking lot at the south and west side of the building. Applicant also proposes new roof drains, catch basins, concrete sidewalks, paving, and curbing. Public Hearing Notice.
