Westwood Police Log: Accident on Clapboardtree Street, Youths Spotted on Hanlon Roof

November 22, 5:12 p.m. - Westwood Police responded to the intersection of Winter and Clapboardtree Streets after a 2008 Toyota and a 2004 Jeep collided on the road. 

The Toyota had been traveling on Clapboardtree Street when the Jeep took a left turn in front of the vehicle, resulting in the collision. 

Both vehicles were towed from the scene, and while an ambulance was dispatched to the area, neither operator was transported for medical attention. 

November 22, 6:47 - Police received a report that number of youths had been spotted on the roof of Hanlon Elementary on Gay Street.

Westwood Police responded to the school and spoke with the person who reported the sighting, and it was determined that two to three youths had been observed on the roof of the school, according to reports.

Officers were able to examine the area, and no damage was detected. The suspects were gone on arrival.
