From April 8 through April 29, the Westwood Young Womens’ Club (WYWC) is hosting “Eddie’s Food Drive.” Eddie’s Food Drive benefits the Westwood Food Pantry*. Its namesake is Eddie Thomson, the six-year-old Sheehan Elementary first grader who died in 2017.

Donation bins for Eddie’s Food Drive can be found at ARCH Orthodontics, Dental Arts of Westwood, Westwood and Islington branches of the Public Library, Roche Bros, Temple Beth David, Tobin School, Westwood Children’s Center, Westwood Family Chiropractic, and Westwood Senior Center.

Westwood Food Pantry is in the most need of baking mixes, canned fruits, cleaning products, peanut butter, jelly, salad dressing, and small packages of sugar and flour.
