Person Hit by Car in Westwood Airlifted to Hospital
Westwood fire says the victim has been airlifted from the Hanlon School to a hospital in Boston.

WESTWOOD, MA — A person struck by a car in Westwood Monday afternoon has been transported to the hospital.
At 3:56 p.m., Westwood police responded to a report of a person who was struck by a vehicle on Weatherbee Drive near Adams Street. Police say the pedestrian was walking on the road when they were hit by the vehicle.
The driver was not injured but the walker was seriously injured and airlifted to a Boston-area hospital.

At this time, there is no sign that the crash was intentional, police said.
The crash is under investigation.
