Fairing Way, the newest 55+ active
retirement community on the South Shore of Boston, has just broken ground. Now
they will host a complimentary “Meet & Greet” Dinner at their Welcome
Center on Wednesday, June 25th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Come and meet
Phyllis DeLaricheliere, Fairing Way’s new Project Manager, tour their model,
preview floor plans, learn about pricing and amenities including a spacious,
two-story clubhouse and fitness center.
Fairing Way’s innovative approach to
55+ living combines the best of traditional continuing care retirement
communities and 55+ lifestyle communities and has been embraced by South Shore
active adults who have already reserved over half of the 104 apartment homes
planned for the first phase of the project. The community is expected to open
in November 2015.
