Five Arrested by Weymouth Police in Heroin Investigation

The joint investigation between Quincy and Weymouth Police Began in July.

An investigation by police in Quincy and Weymouth has led to the arrest of five people.

Kimberly Page, 31; William Vieira, 35, of Weymouth; and Danny Hanlon, 36, of Weymouth were arrested on Thursday according to the Patriot Ledger. Prior, Philip Curran, 36, of Hingham, and David Fitzgerald, 32, Quincy were arrested on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.

Police say the arrests were part of a July investigation into a drug trafficking organization that distributed pills and heroin across the South Shore.

According to the Weymouth Police Log, Curran was arrested on Sept. 30 during a motor vehicle stop near KC Pub and Grill on Washington Street. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of a class A drug, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle. On Oct. 1, Fitzgerald was arrested at Stop and Shop on Middle Street and charged with possession of a class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Page was arrested in the parking lot of Mary Lou’s on Washington Street. She was charged with distribution of Adderall, conspiracy, a drug violation near a school or park and possession with intent to distribute heroin, Suboxone, and Adderall. Viera was arrested outside his Commercial Street home and charged with distribution of heroin, distribution of Adderall and possession with intent to distribute Suboxone, all subsequent offenses. He was also charged with two counts of conspiracy and a drug violation near a school or park. Hanlon was arrested and the home, where he was arrested on a warrant.
